At Notting Hill we can boast 100% qualified staff. Every member of staff holds a relevant childcare qualification or is working towards one. We are also pleased to announce that our manager holds a BA hons. Degree in Early Education and Early Years Professional Status.

There is strong evidence to suggest that settings which employ higher trained staff are more effective in supporting children’s learning and increasing outcomes.

Our high level of training enables nursery practitioners to effectively deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and has allowed us to draw inspiration from other curriculum approaches around the world such as Reggio Emilia in Italy and Te Whariki in New Zealand.
